How to buy your plot of land in Chiloé?

Reserve your plot.
The reservation is finalized with a transfer of 10% of the plot's value. We will provide you with the necessary documents so you can conduct the title search yourself or with your lawyer. We will begin by drafting the deed for your review.

We signed the deed at the Notary's office.
The deed of sale is signed at the notary's office, and a bank draft for the remaining balance of the plot is issued. This draft is held in safekeeping with notary instructions and is only released once the property is registered in your name.

We sent the signed deed to the CBR for registration.
After approximately 60 business days, the CBR will send the documents that prove your ownership of the parcel, including the certificate of registration of the deed and of mortgages and encumbrances.
